IN-HOUSE RADIOGRAPHY:
Quick Tanks Inc. acquired an x-ray machine and began a weld x-ray program in 2006. Since that time, over 350 welds have been evaluated using our in-house radiography equipment.
The ASME code requires persons taking radiographs (Level 1) and those interpreting them (Level 2) to be qualified with ASME with both written and practical examinations. Training and examinations are conducted by an outside professional (Level 3). |

Our large blast room utilizes steel grit blasting to provide interior and exterior surface profiles recommended by paint manufacturers. |

Epoxy linings and epoxy or urethane coatings are applied then force cured and tanks are shipped "ready for service". |
